Dublin International Airport
The Davenport is located just under 15km from Dublin International Airport (DUB) and is easily accessible by taxi, car or bus.
Taxis are available outside the main doors of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at the airport 24/7. A trip from the airport to the Davenport costs approximately €30, depending on traffic at the time. Our reception team can call you a taxi to the airport on your departure from the Davenport.
Travelling from Dublin Airport by car takes approximately 45 minutes, again depending on the time of travel. There are a number of routes into the city centre to the Davenport. We suggest you use Google Maps to show you the best route at your time of travel.
The Airport is also accessible via bus. The Dublin Express Bus Route 784 links the south side of Dublin City with the airport. There is a stop located beside our sister hotel the Davenport, a 1-minute walk from the hotel lobby. The bus journey from the city centre to the airport takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Single tickets cost €9 while return tickets can be purchased for €12.
